Schedule

Following is information from our 2009 festival. Check back for the 2010 schedule.

Begin your visit with the Heritage Parade at 10:00 am! The parade begins at School House Drive and ends at Willow Street. Please see our Activities page for more information about the day's events.

Join in celebrating the heritage of the Middletown community with 18th Century and Civil War Living History Encampments, heritage children's games and crafts, and great entertainment.

Start your morning at 10:00 am when the the Frederick County Honor Guard will lead the parade down Main Street from School House Drive to Willow Street. With great dance groups, floats, marching bands and local organizations and athletes, the parade is always a highlight of the day. Ending the parade this year will be the Golden Gears Car Club that will celebrate the 4th Annual Middletown Valley Car Show throughout the remainder of the day.

Note: Main Street will be closed from approximately 6:00 am to 8:30 pm on the day of the festival. The festival area includes Prospect Street down to Willow Street and side streets within that area will also be closed. Parking available off of School House Drive at the school campus.
