MMMM….It’s Apple Butter Saturday.

MMMM…. It’s “Apple Butter Saturday” – one of our favorite days of the year.

Every year on the Saturday before the Heritage Festival, Zion Lutheran Church boils the apple butter over an open fire it to sell at the festival.

You can smell the fire throughout the whole town. What a great smell! A true sign that fall has arrived.

Be sure to get your homemade Apple Butter at the festival next week!

Fall is creeping right around the corner which means its time to break out the sweatshirts, costumes, and delicious desserts!

Bobbi Prescott with Remax Results and Tom McLister with George Mason Mortgage are sponsoring the Middletown Pie Eating Contest on Main Street at Heritage Days.
